Directed by Robin Baker, this unit of COEH is dedicated to service. Under the direction of 14 professional staff, their activities include developing curriculum tailored to the needs of particular occupational groups (such as cosmetologists, young workers, the building trades, and low literacy workers), convening labor/management coalitions to address issues of mutual concern, and providing technical advice to community groups.
